Funny only 15 or so years back we used to do everything with two strokes, they won the Baja 1000 mile race (non stop) Geoff Ballard rode a KX500 to Cape York with his wife Jenny on the back :woohoo: , they raced them at Finke everything was two stroke 😆 , now they cant do a long ride? One of the best performing bikes on the Hillend ride was Champo’s TM300 and its a two stroke ( he geared it up one tooth on the front ) Arent the new two strokes better then the ones 15 years ago :blink: ?

i am not kidding about the seat that was on my old xr400 had a sore butt for 3 days after a long ride on it once worst seat on any bike i have ever owned.i love the ktm seat after that one.had a 96cr125 and it had a more comfertable seat than xr .

wow, would love to find someone else that would 2nd that XR seats are more uncomfortable than a KTM seat, was the XR seat recovered over a brick? lol :laugh:

just have to ask honda what was under it. it was factery standard not hard but a poor shape.not only comparing it to ktms but every bike i have owned just did not suit the shape of my but

Yeah have thought about starting it out your way but didnt work out , you need to work out the dubbo parkes ride
