    I’d say it’d be an honour to be compared to that classic beauty and just like the KTM I’d ride that bike no matter how hard it tried to kick me off!

    It’s not even a featherbed Norton at that, the BSA Bantam was a favourite amongst the scramblers, but obviously that was a hillclimb event where power and weight are your friends, so we could consider that a slightly more advanced version of a DRz400.

    With similar outcomes anyway….. :P

    Gotta love the sweep on the bars back in those days, woulda been hard on the old wrists and forearms, but never fear my approved “puddin basin” helmet will save the day.

    Just think somebody at some stage got down on their hand and knees and stared at the workings of those bikes and said “WOW” “This is the future” Those bikes would go well with Dahmus riding attire!
