well had a great ride thanks bob and galey .we actualy found some great tracks :woohoo: even though i did not no where most of them were the morning ride went fairly smoothly other than bob hitting a tree and me being the first to fall of on a mad down hill of camber corner followed by a creek jump :woohoo: in the afternoon ride had a swim in the creek twise as well as a trip over the bars in the creek and drowned my bike galey and bob got it going thanks i no what to do next time have never drowned a bike before .galey had a swim in the same creek to did not drown his bike but filled his headlight up with water had a bit of a cackle.watched galey (tady) ride up TBs hill climb 3 times 👿 bob and i sort of did not make it :whistle: had to go the chicken track.did a bit of exploring after that found the widow maker to hard than basicaly fire trailed most of the way home we wer a bit stuffed think galey said we done 80 km s

You know you’ve made the most of it when Both Rocket and Galey are stuffed at the end of it

I think its one of the only times I ‘d had enough at the end of the day and didn’t yern for more

Notes to consider for next excursion

Trees have no give when u line the front tyre up
( I thought that was a better option than trying to bounce around with a shoulder and a knee )

Bike fitness needs a little improvement when u ride with the pro’s

Mountain bike jumps aren’t really made for dirtbikes , they need to leave a bit more room on the other side and place a sign on the for side for warning

Galey just can’t get enough of hillclimbs

Creeks are full of water and can be deep in places

Rocket likes swimming in cold streams ………Twice ………….in the same stream

KTM headlights are waterproof once they are full of water
still a couple of hillclimbs to do ……………..we were running out of daylight:whistle: :whistle:

The first thing is what happened to the Gentlemans agreement we had lads!

The Three Stooges Ride Report the heading should be.

Watch the first rider drop off a ledge into a creek so you can learn what to do or not to do . Dewatering Rockets bike took 15mins. Tip bring disposable gloves.
When I went the same way as Rocket, the ktm endo onto me still running with me saving it from going under water. I was stuck under it and had to scream like a lady for Rocket to help as Bob had done the sensible thing and turned around. No damage done only pride taking a hit. It serves me right for not getting wet when we had to get rockets 300 out of the creek.

Funny thing when we were looking for tracks I mentioned I would start my own and rode into the pines and found someones special test track. Probabley TB’s.

Yes I love my hillclimbs . TB’s hill was a challenge but with a bit a disregard for the bike and tyre and while the stamina was good it was easy. Nice when you have the hill to yourself as well. Bob and Rocket ,you lads didnt want to give up and gave it a fair crack.

Next time I am taking the GPS 👿

Sore today. Better go to work and recover.

Looking forward to TB’s Orange ride ( no GPS ) .Hopefully It wont clash dates.
