Ourimbah – Pokolbin – Ourimbah 20 Feb 2010

Going for a ride from Ourimbah interchange through Ourimbah SF, the Watagan’s, Millfield, Pokolbin SF and back.

I’ve wanted to do this ride for a while and it’s a pity there is other great rides on this weekend as well. Will take in as much single trail as possible. There will be a bit of tar and main dirt roads. Once in Pokolbin SF there are lots of bark busting single trail. I expect about 330km all up. You would want to be fairly bike fit for this one.

Meet at Ourimbah Interchange car park
The car park is on the corner of Burns Rd and Pacific Hwy

Fuel range of 100km

Grade 4 – I expect it to have few stops except for fuel splash and dash and lunch. I don’t plan on pushing my bike but…

There will be 4 fuel stops and lunch at Millfield (and maybe a latte for Tryhard)

It will have to be capped at 10 riders. We may well not be back to the cars until 6 or 7pm. The trails will be adjusted depending on time.

Make sure your headlight works…

I am leading Chichester alright guys, Boony crapped his pants last time we spoke about him leading :laugh: :laugh: Was only saying this would be a great ride and only said about Boony and the yellow jersey to panic him again

Did a 240km ride 2 weekends ago down the coast with my DBW brothers, but it will be good to get back to the good old Watties. 300kms will be a good challenge!

Hey, think I’ve ridden with you in the past?? I’m sure I’ve met Tryhard too on a Dooralong ride too.???? :unsure:
