    Hi All,

I’m looking to put a timing chain & piston kit in my 07 YZ450. Can anyone enlighten me on which is best, genuine, Woosner, Weisco ect?

    Cheers Brad.

I would say from experience there is nothing wrong with any of the three you have listed. Price I guess would determine my choice. Price will probably rule out the genuine although you never know. As with any forged piston take the time to make sure it up to temperature before you get up it (should with any really but avoid prolonged idling) just ride away nice and easy, no load not reving is the go

Just an after thought I have been fitting Pro X pistons, they have a strong following in the states I actually have one for my 650 because I reckon they are pretty good.

I got mine when I was in the states, others I have fitted were purchased from Rocky Mountain ATV at a good price
