That tyre we spoke about you said I haven’t seen anybody else with one, is that because the masses haven’t got on the band wagon yet, is it new, is it shit, does it look funny but work anyway (like me lol
) Is it because know one you know before me told you
. It suits my style of riding, is taller in the wall which means less chance of pinch flats and dented rims.
Fathead put me onto them and I normally stay with Michelin as you know, its wears unreal, it sticks like shit to a blanket and is the same price as everything else, positive spin on this is if you don’t buy one and like it and tell others there are more for me.
With love for you Moto

AnonymousOkay, okay I’ll try one out. Let it be know that I am sceptical though.
Hard wearing and great grip don’t go hand in hand…..
January 7, 2009 at 11:09 pm #117354I know about the grip, wear thing, remember I ride a 650 with bucket loads of torque
January 7, 2009 at 11:12 pm #117358
AnonymousWell, I said I’d try one. I’ll look forward to being corrected. If I don’t like it it will get used as my ‘trail’ riding tyre for the longer trips.
January 7, 2009 at 11:19 pm #117346Big thanks to Scott for getting this done so quickly and professionally, you the man Fathead!

AnonymousOk I have e mailed Fathead (aka Scott) at Battyes the list of the 11 people that wanted the Pivot Pegz, if you are not on the list and want a set at this cheap bulk buy price get in touch with Fathead. Get Fatheads contact details from his web site link below:
http://www.battyesbikes.com.au/
Tel: 02 9543 5133You have to ask for Fathead when you ring as part of the deal, give him your model of bike, how your paying, address etc, see moto or post here to get your name ticked of the list. Scott will need everyone’s details before he can order because he needs the models and brand of bike for each set as they are different. So everybody get on the job, if we can get this to work we will have more bulk buy deals, I am working on some more deals as you read this.

The order for Pivot Pegs has just been placed, Alan has told me there is plenty of stock, so I should have the order in a few days. Once arrived I will packed them & ship them.
Hey Moto,
TB is the original no neck fathead.
I’m like the little brother, that inherited the fathead trait.Your back tyre is shot, you need to make a decision on the tyre to fit, otherwise all that suspension work will be a complete waste of time.
We will fit your pegs for you, no problem!

AnonymousI’ll try one of those Scorpion’s then Scott if you want to stick that on too

January 11, 2009 at 11:23 pm #116106Your’e a wise man Moto.
The tyre does grip & wear very well. What is your weight without gear?
January 11, 2009 at 11:28 pm #117871
AnonymousI can’t post that on a public forum! This is a very sensative time for me right now Scott
Nah, last time I weighed myself I was 97Kg’s. I hope to lose a few Kg’s in the next few weeks so 95Kg + riding gear?
January 11, 2009 at 11:31 pm #116107I’ve been hoping to lose a few kilos for quite some time now, but I’ve just come to the conclusion that I am much happier being a Cranky Old Fat Areshole.
