Pivot Pegz Rebuild Kits.

Hi All, I have been asked to get some rebuild kits for pivot pegz, I have found out today there are 2 types of kits, please see below and let me know which kits you require, prices are less 15% for Old Bulls.

We have two maintenance kits that have the parts that your customers require. They are the Service Kit and Overhaul Kit, the parts included are listed below:

Pivot Pegz Service Kit – Part # PPSK-MK2, Services two pegs.
The Kit includes: Two pivot tension springs, two lock nuts, two washers, six o-rings, two split pins, Pivot Pegz sticker & instructions sheet.

Pivot Pegz Overhaul Kit – Part # PPOK-MK2, Services two pegs.
The Kit includes: Two new Pivot Bushes, one Bush Insertion Tool, two Pivot Tension Springs, two Lock Nuts, two Washers, six O-rings, two Split Pins, Pivot Pegz sticker & Instructions sheet.

The Service Kits retails for $19.95 and the Overhaul Kit retails for $29.95.
If your customers have had their Pivot Pegz for a while then they may want to purchase the Overhaul Kit as it has new bushes and a re-usable bush tool.

Hey Galey check you Pegz don’t have movement on the shaft being it’s needs bushes as well. Mine only wear the bushes, haven’t ever broken a spring. I let mine go to long once and the peg wore into the shaft

Good call mate. One has some movement and the other is Ok for now. That could explain some of my crashes on the weekend!

Chris , I seem to be crashing abit and not reaching the top of hill climbs lately. The only thing I can put it down to are the pivot pegs are MIA.

Will you have the kits in stock for Mal’s Central West ride on the 17th and 18th of Feb?

Hi All, I have sorted these I will have 8 kits available for the birthday ride, if you want them before let me know and PM me your address, they should be arriving friday, PP are way behind schedule as far as manufacturing goes and I guess my order just got lost in the mix..
