Yep TB i did so for my suzi road bike. any of the sealed bearings in a car can be got too, e.g. idler pulleys etc.
my bro recoed a celica box and upgraded the bearings with heavier ones got from the local AG equip/supplies shop.
if they don’t have it on the shelf they can get it in.
either from part number on old one or just measure with callipers.

Sorry XY, I didn’t explain they are a narrow race bearing, the spacer between is alloy and crushes and needs replacing with the bearings (rat the KTM god told me that as well as well as reading about) so you need to purchase a kit
Look I didn’t want to get into a full debate just saying check everything out and enjoy you purchase

June 27, 2009 at 10:48 am #141487bit steep hay .yamaha moter would last longer to with its twin compression ring piston the ktm has only one
June 27, 2009 at 11:04 am #141489priced a wr450 in dubbo today 13200 on road makes your price 11500 look cheap
June 27, 2009 at 10:54 pm #141490All yamaha dealers across melbourne are trying to clear thier 09 stock before the new model arrives. At citywest yamaha in hoppers crossing the 450 was cheaper than the250 due to the amount of bikes he has to clear.
June 27, 2009 at 11:42 pm #141468The Husky 450 Te is reduced by $1400 dollars at the mmoment making it roughly $11500 ride away. I just traded my WR 426 for a 310 te and got a really good deal. I went the 310 for the cheaper rego, slightly lighter bike. and awsome low to mid range.
Husky convertB)

I thought that the cut off for cheap Rego was 300cc Kram ?
Is the Husky really a 310? If so how does it qualify for cheaper rego?
Nice choice BTW,Husky has warranty that other Euro and Jap bikes can’t even come close to.Closet Husky fan here too
