You may well be right WB, as both Mal and I said we will try it out. I have been researching it for a month and I have had a lot of spare time in the last month to do it. Anyone that knows me knows that I am the last person to jump on something like this
I see now that there has been a constructive questioning of the whole thing WB, Mick has grown a leg and stuck his devon head up and tried to make funny when it was safe after someone else started it

November 24, 2009 at 7:43 pm #162667I recon every one should go into this product trail with an open mind,, we may all benifit from this product should the survey produce accurate and detailed information so we can all make up our minds as to whether or not we support this certain product, peoples livelyhoods could now depend on the result of mal and TBs trials ,so lets give it a go.

I thought it was around $30 , at least thats what one of the links said
November 24, 2009 at 10:03 pm #162626$30 does,nt seem much if it works. It could help walking home from the pub aswell.I’ll be watching the test with interest.
November 24, 2009 at 10:07 pm #162674Good onya Mal and TB for daring to try something different, although reading the sites hyperbole I am tempted to jump to the conclusion “ahoy mateys energy polarizer at 12 O’clock” as it too was just filled with Gel apparently.
But lets keep an open mind as we are wont to do being non-mainstream untypical middle-aged Blokey types around here and see what Mal and TB come up with.
After all, lotsa old blokes used to wear copper bracelets for arthritis.

AnonymousI saw these in Dirt Action and my immediate thoughts were ‘what a load of BS’, then I saw they were endorsed by a few decent riders. they do get paid money to say such things though.
Still, I did consider buying to try. Now I’ll leave it to TB and Mal. Have a go on the Wii boys and do some balance tests. Have a couple of go’s with it first then a couple of go’s without and see if you get any worse.
November 27, 2009 at 4:28 am #162679I have been wearing one of these for a few weeks now as has my wife. I can pass on a couple of interesting outcomes. Now it may be a placibo or it might actually work. We both do yoga 1 night a week ( go on laugh now !! ) and the benefits of that alone have been awesome. More flexability, useful relaxation and breathing techniques, core strenght etc. ( no its not just for our sex life !! ). My wife couldn’t do some of the more difficult balance excercises in the couple of months we had been doing Yoga, with the P/Balance she can manage heaps better and hold them longer. We gave one of the older ladies in the class a demo on them and she tried an excercise she could never do before and nailed it first time, she was blown away. I will say the apparent increase in flexability comes at a cost the following day as our bodies were sore from the increased extension of our stretches.I can for a fact tell you there are some top sports people who use these in some form but dont always show it for competetive reasons, a very well known SX MX aussie was seen slipping something from his riding gear into his jeans when changing after a practice ride.
They are available in other forms than the wristband as the website shows, discs, cards and necklaces.
I’ve had my share of breaks, ops and pins/plates and have had a nagging hip pain that varied in intensity but was always there at some level of discomfort for several years now, chiro and yoga helped but it was still there. Now I fitted my wristband on a thursday night at the plaza after buying it at Krank and bugger me if an hour later when I went for the climb into my van, waited for the usual discomfort, and bugger me if it didnt come. Like I said dunno if it’s our imagination but we dont take them off for anything now.
Also someone mentioned above about the magnets, I think these P/balance people believe the magnets have a detremental effect ( why wouldnt they ! its competition ) may wife mentioned it after browsing their website.
No I don’t get a cut for any sales !!November 27, 2009 at 5:24 am #162935Good one Mr Cee.
I would tend to believe a users unpaid testimonial, than any hype from a website.
It is great to hear you feel that they are working for both you and your wife.Anyone else got anything to share with use regarding the braclets? TB,Mal?? Any early findings yet?

Look for me Mick its hard because I am restricted somewhat from normal days activities because of the shoulder. That said when I was at Dan’s on Wednesday I was somewhat amazed by the extent of the movement in my shoulder gained in the last couple of days
As far a riding goes I of course cant ride at the minute, but at Dan’s I felt that if I took Kylie’s DR for a ride I could have cracked a decent wheel stand
