I got sick of it sitting in the shed taking up so much space.
So I just fitted the swing arm to get it out of the road and things got out of control from there.Next you know we were bolting the engine in and the rest is history
Bill and turned up yesterday for a couple of hours and helped out.
There is still a shamozle in my shed I don’t mind telling you.I bet there will be no one in a hurry to help clean that up though.

Nice to see the cat back in action! Albeit in a new nimble guise :) Good works boys.

I need to take the 450 to bits and clean it up now, any volunteers? Free beer?

Did tripper have the swing arm stickers made local? Have you had the cylinder head of this engine? This was the engine that was bought with the noise in it?
The painted plastics look good its just a pity that when it peels / scratches it ruins the look so quick unlike colour molded plastics

Yeah the stickers where made by Phat graphics from Wauchope, who did the OBT guard stickers for us.
Yeah the paint will peel and blister, but we have a good supply of CAT yellow

Yep that is the engine that had the top end noise, it has only had the cam and rockers replaced.
It is running sweet now,no noises but it does blow a tiny bit of smoke at times. It starts first kick with no choke and idles sweetly.
