TB would have been proud to see Bear and the XR 400 cross the line each lap in front of the chasing KTM etc. Pretty sure Bear was taking a few suspect lines but he was getting heaps of encouragement from the peanut gallery :woohoo: :woohoo:

Sus line I havent heard a 3 turn and 100m short cut a line but hey still had him by the end of turn 2 as long as he didnt sholder me off the track

Dont know if TB would be proud of a cheating mongrel

    it was good fun

Cheating mongrel Bill who showed me that sus line?

I feel the need to clarify the tyre change incident.
Yes I did put one hole in a brand new tube.
After I patched it Redman then took over and put another three holes in it.
After I patched it again it was Hedgey the masters turn.
He was doing well until Bull the big poofta turns up and pushes him outa the way.
Yep you guessed it. There is now another four holes in the tube which Bull the big poofta denies doing.

Got another new tube yesterday and made Hedgey the master fit it. He struggled but had a win. :woohoo: :woohoo:

The great times continued well into the night and the wee hours of the morning. The laughter coming from the crew was insane as Bear held the floor and kept everyone entertained.
There were a few rough heads standing around the fire when I first got up in the morning, mine being the roughest I think. My head was pounding like a honeymooners tokley, so I took a couple of Panadol and retired back to bed only to be woken an hour later by Bull roaring something about the state of his coffee machine. Feeling a bit better I had another go at facing the day,I had one of Kato’s excellent coffees, a durrie and some bacon and eggs and was half ready to face the day.
The plan was to take the older Kids on a trail ride on some of the extensive trail network around Bill’s place.
We got underway and at our first stop,I was in a need for another durrie,it was then that young George pipes up”If you are looking for your smokes,I saw them fly out of your back pack ages ago”,then my son Connor pipes up “yeah they were heaps back ,I saw them on the ground a little bit before your camera” WTF?????
It turns out that I had left my camelbak unzipped and both my durries and camera had bailed, both kids saw them but were so into riding they didn’t think to stop and get them the little buggers!!! So we had to back track,it was about 6km back when I spotted my camera on the trail.Unfortunately it had been run over and the screen was smashed,it still takes photos but you cant see what you are photographing.
So here are the last of the pics my old faithfull trail camera took

After we retrieved the camera we headed back into the trails and we ended up doing 60km of trails with the youngens and they had a ball. They all rode well and were a pleasure to ride with,if these kids are a cross section of the future of our sport, then it is in good hands.

Once again,Thanks to everyone for turning up at Bill’s in the mood to ride and party,it was a great weekend and a credit to those who organised such a good bash!!!
    Cheers
    Mick

The two Bens had a great time up at Bulls and really loved going for the trail ride on Sunday B) My young fella ran up the back of Kayla on a hill as he couldnt see through the dust that they were all stopped for a log detour  Kayla was knocked down and she knocked Ben down in a bit concertina effect. Luke was quickly on the scene to sort out the carnage. My young bloke said he was sorry about ten times  Myself and Moose who was sweeping were pissing ourselves laughing.

The Boys wanted to say thanks for the great weekend especially for all the food and the great tracks. They slept most of the way back home.

Yeah I actually gave that a thought on the way home Ollie, that you’d only have the radio for company all the way back to Sydney, Connor was crashed out before we got to Pembrooke road.
