If you aren’t sure I would run and then flush it with the recommended oil and then refill with the recommended oil and try it before I pulled the clutch out mate, and yeah 300mls

Hey Rocket, did you have to pull the whole motor out to get the clutch out?? The frame seems to be a pain in the arse in order to get the clutch cover off?? The reason I ask is that some one has bought a PW50 to me with the same symptoms as you described.

yep had to pull the moter out it looks like a pain in the but to get out but is not to hard.just have a look at it before you start the whole moter and backwheel just roll out of the frame after undoing a few bolts

    Thanks Rocket.
As you said it isnt that hard to do, as a few blokes may come across the same problem in future I have done up a bit of a how to do series, on the job.
Follow these steps and it is very straight forward

    1. Drain engine oil, out of 12mm bolt, on right side of
    Engine case, into suitable container

    2. Remove rear baffle off rear of exhaust pipe

    3. Remove seat

    4. Remove exhaust from cylinder head and take off bike

    5. Remove rear brake cable adjustment nut, pull cable out of spring and pivot.

    6. Remove rear axle nut, right hand side

    7. Remove rear lower shock mounting bolts

    8. Remove right side upper and lower swing arm nuts and
    remove swing arm

    9. Remove phillips screw in top of carburettor and remove
Slide and choke assembly and hang over frame on cables

    10. Turn fuel off and disconnect fuel line from
Carb,. Remove fuel tank strap and front bolt – remove fuel tank

    11. Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug

    12. Disconnect wiring harness connectors at engine (all)

    13. Remove upper motor mount to frame bolt

    14. Remove oil injector cover and screw, remove injector
Cable, removing oil line and clamp or plug hose

    15. Remove rear wheel – carefully, engine will be loose in
    Frame

    16. Remove engine assembly from frame and set aside. (use
Kickstand to set engine on work area)

    17. Remove phillips screws and 12mm drain plug from right side
engine cover. (carefully remove cover not to damage
Gasket) mark phillips screws upon disassembly. (some
    Are longer than others)

    18. Remove snap ring from clutch shaft and remove
    Clutch hub

    19. Remove clutch assembly and replace with new springs,
Be sure to inspect clutch hub and shoes for wear or
heat damage. Install new gasket if damaged in
    Disassembly

    20. **installation is reverse of these procedures**

    21. Refill engine oil before start up. 300ml
