I,m at home wacthing it on TV cant belive it is that bad, the death toll on this will be high by the looks of it.

Man that is a good ad for not attempting to cross floods, once that water has you your gone :blink:. I can not get over what is going on south of here while we have sunshine it’s truly mind boggling :ohmy: .

January 11, 2011 at 7:54 am #194425I’m up in Brisbane on an electrical course this week and you can feel the apprehension in the air,
We are at Kangaroo point in the city , it’s right next to the river but fairly high up. The river is moving really fast heading out to sea and they are in for some high tides too. not a good combination.
We are staying on the Gold Coast tonight and heading back in tomorrow, I hope it’s not as bad as they are predicting but it’s impossible to see how it won’t be

and i just heared a female reporter on ACA back up that claim as if it was gospel :laugh:
its scary stuff.

thousands of poor people saying goodbye to all they had.
lives changed foreveri thought it was all over this morning. i cant believe how wrong i was.
