Devastating news and a huge loss to enduro riding , for those of you not familiar with Mika Ahola check out his riding , he was a true talent , any class he raced he would dominate and was untouchable in the worst conditions.

He was only 37 and died after sustaining injuries training.

    RIP Mika

Shocking news, always sad to see someone so young pass.

I thought he had announced his retirement, why was he still training ?

    Yep, Sad indeed :(
What a talent to lose, some great podiums in many events ,,,,

Also such a tragic thing to retire then from racing , then pass away so close together

This sort of thing always surprises me, I ride with no skill whatsoever, have done for 28 years or more now and have never had a day of work with a bike injury. Yep I crash and have had a few fractures (minor) but must have been real lucky i recon. Yet a Guy with this miuch talent bites the bullet WTF!!! :(
Real shame to see such an awesome rider go, aparently he had retired too which makes it even worse.
    Vale Mika
