    Dan here are some pics of the hoses re routed to the air box as promised sorry it took so long.
    Have done this to both the DRZ and WR426 the 426 has done 9000ks + like this with no probs same with drz 5000ks +. Helps with water but also sand, fcr 49 carbs do suck sand i have expierenced this first hand on simpson dessert crossing and also little dessert in SA.

    Only the drain hose and radiator hose remain low.

    I have rerouted breathers into the airbox of all the race bikes and have found it really helps with quicker restarting after drops as well:)

    looked like a good idear so just went down the shed and done it bike still runs okay so must be okay

    Theres nothing like a good reroute up by the airbox Menace!! Brings a tear to your eye just thinking about it:huh: :blush:

    it will stop the bike stalling at deep water crossings,not sure what other benefit this has…
    some say its not a good thing to do – others say it won’t hurt a thing …
