    Hey Bulls

    Just a quick one, I am playing around with my fork after Teknik gave it some love and sorted the spring rate. I have the compression dialled but am confused with the rebound clickers.The world that I come from, MTB, rebound is marked F for fast and S for slow but my 05WRF has it as S and H? Which is more and which direction for less rebound damping?
