    they are easy, just check web, heaps of recipies , secret is to cook them slow and long , give time to break down the sinews , else they might be a bit tough/chewy. I usually allow 4 hrs. trying to find the recipie I used last time on the web , it was nice,had red curry paste in it. There is heaps of them , I dont think ive used the same one twice.

    ive never actually cooked them but the local pizza shop down here does steaks and lamb shanks and stuff…..delivered!!

    their lamb shanks are great. instead of plain gravy, they have maple syrup gravy over them.
    it sounds a bit extreem but they are bloody wicked :woohoo:

    something i can only dream about now. no place for them in my diet :(
