Full page ad in the local paper yesterday. 2012 350 down from $12290 to $10290. They are a KTM dealer Krusty so they are legit. I only mentioned it because it seems that KTM over estimated demand on this one and are sitting on stock.

Sounds better… I did a post earlier but it didn’t go through and winBlows crashed.. 👿 Anyway.. Suttos tried for week to find me one with no luck.. Either none available or those who had them would not part with them… I’ve been told I got the last one in Sydney and possibly all of NSW.. :woohoo:

I’m planning to start a once a month trip down at Sussex/Wandandian in April with Bro-Inlaw and plan to squeeze in another weekend each month… I really want to ride Coffs again and get to your neck of the woods as I promised Boony I come ride your area 1.5 years ago. 😆 Maybe I can get a few days off work and do a tour :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Well this choice is of the Adventure type and I have had a ride on both and I am now a lot closer especially with the rides I have planned in the near future!! Its going to be Blue or Orange :blush: The DR has gone so I have to commit soon. :ohmy:

Boulder Orange eh? Did you have a look at the 690 Enduro Suttos done up? They added tanks and a proper full face fairing.. It was very trick looking.. Has a bit of the 990 look to it..

It is a machine with little more than 100k on it too I believe after talking to Scotty the other day :whistle:
They are the same tanks (Rally Raid) that Deano has installed on his ride up here in Newy & I hope to do the same this year sometime,,,
Not going the full fairing though :S

Both Dan and Chris said you cant load a 690 up like we do and ride them where and how we do with the stuff we do because you will break the back of them :huh: I know I asked the question cause it looks ok The twin tanks only hold 9 litres more fuel than a standard 690. :dry: The fairing looks good but

Similar to breaking frames on DR650`s ??? :blink:

I have read about plenty of guys ride reports with 690`s loaded up (after changing the tank bolts, upper & lower, run the braced touratech rack and most have no probs)
I get 200k from my standard tank (riding like a girl apparently) so another 9 litres will suffice for most of my planned trips. Can also run a bladder or maybe Rotopax if needed I suppose….

I guess I am rather, no very inexperienced in the subject, but I reckon they are ok :laugh:
