    I once read somewhere that one could remove the white stress/fatigue marks in the bikes plastic panels and guards (caused by crashing etc) , by applying moderate heat with a heat gun in a whofting motion.

    Have any of you seasoned riders ever heard of this, or even better still, tried this technique with any varying degrees of success?

    Yes I have with my 4 year old PW 50 goes good

    TB. Thanks for that. Looks like I might be paying a visit to the neighbour to see if he has a heat gun I can borrow :P

    Yeah it works, I have done it on a few bikes. Especially the BRP who had a shocker of a bent front guard.
