Sounds good, I was just checking out the area on google maps you should see how low the water is in the lake compared to when I was down. I see what you mean about the sandy flats.

its about 85% now…and beginning to drop., later than usual coz of the rains we have had this year.

it was 102% when you were here Matt.
it generally empties around May for irrigation and arefills again with the snow melt. it should be low enough to cross in August…but it will be muddy :whistle: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

i came out close to hypothermic in seconds!

then as i defrosted in the showers, 5 litres of Tomato Sauce came over the cubicle, it looked like a murder scene :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
and the smell of vinigar from the sauce took my breath away and made me dry reach…..

You know you can water ski without actually touching the water. Maybe get you feet a little wet but that’s it.

We started skiing in late Agust last year and it’s get a bit chilly here. :S

I come back from Bali a few days before this magnificent event. Can’t commit yet but if I do thermals will be in order and mother of a camp fire will be needed because the temp shock from Bali 40 degree to Glenmaggie freezing may just freeze the crown jewels off.

Just like Micks ride people will pull out…. Idiots:laugh: I will take my landcruiser or my old mans F250 twincab towing a trailer for the bikes depending on how many people are going. So I would say there probably will be room:unsure: The trailer I had organized could be gone by this ride can everyone keep an eye out for some back up plans. I t will have to be BIG AND ENCLOSED
