Was the Northern Rivers / Now the Bush to beach 3 dayBush to Beach 3 Day – RideAdvThree magnificent days of East Coast riding at it’s very best. This ride starts and finishes in Gloucester NSW with two routes planned for each day being a “standard” (suitable for larger bikes and those riders wanting spectacular but with a less technical feel) and a “special” (suitable for riders on smaller bore bikes or competent riders on larger bore bikes and those wanting a little more spice on the ride… you can change each night if you wish, just to make it interesting). Both routes will have sweep crew and vehicle support. Note, a minimum 250km fuel range is required on this ride.
Accommodation on the ride is Pub, Motel or camping. Hey! It’s your ride… your adventure

Ride ADV 3-DAY Northern Rivers (Bush to Beach) NAV ride – 2014, 10th, 11th and 12th of October 2014. The cost is $65.00 per day per person. (That’s under $200.00 for three days of spectacular ADV riding at its best) This ride is a GPS Navigation ride and includes all tracks and routes loaded for each day. The ride is supported by sweeps and support vehicles.
Thursday night
Please be at registration and map loading no later than 6pm in Gloucester on Thursday Oct 10th. Map loading and registration is at the Roundabout Inn 28 Church Street, Gloucester NSW 2422. (02) 6558 1816 .
The Roundabout Inn has accommodation including a combination of rooms with doubles, twins and queen beds. All the rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fridges. They are offering a special deal of $40 per person with a hot cooked breakfast. When booking please quote “Ride Adv” to get the special rate. There is a fully licensed bar and bistro on premises.
GPS loading* will start at 5pm and riders briefing is planned for at 7.30pm. All riders are required to attend the rider briefing or you will not be able to start the ride. This is regardless of whether you are using your own GPS or riding with a mate and following his tyre tracks.
For those that wish to camp or get a cabin try the Gloucester Holiday Park Denison Street, Gloucester, Tel: 02 65581720. The Holiday Park is only a 2min walk to the Roundabout Hotel where we will be doing the map loading and departure the following morning.
Day 1 Friday
7.30am leave, Gloucester to Walcha. Sign out is under the Yamaha quick shade in the car park of the Roundabout Hotel (Please do not depart before this time). Sign in is at the Apsley Inn. You must sign out and back in after each days riding. Please sign in before you head to your accommodation.
There are two routes being a Standard and a Special. Details to be released after the prerun.
Overnight accommodation is at the Apsley Arms, 33 derby St Walcha 02 67772502. There has also been a deal negotiated with them and you need to quote RideADV when you book. There is a restaurant for all meals and off street security parking. They will organise a table in the dining area for GPS loading. GPS loading* will start at 5pm and riders briefing will be at the Apsley Arms Hotel at 6.30pm. All riders are required to attend the Riders Briefing.
There are two service stations they are open 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. Please fuel up when you arrive or before departure on Saturday.
Day 2 Saturday
7.30am leave, Walcha to Crescent Heads. Sign out is under the Yamaha quick shade alongside the Apsley Inn (Please do not depart before this time). Sign in is the car park of the Mediterranean Motel 35 Pacific st, Crescent Head 02 65660303 You are required to sign in before you head to your accommodation.
There are two routes being a Standard and a Special. Details to be released after the prerun. Overnight accommodation is at the Mediterranean Motel 35 Pacific st, Crescent Head 02 65660303. When booking accommodation you need to quote RideADV to get the deal we have worked out for the event. Day 3 Sunday
7.30am leave, Crescent Heads to Gloucester. Sign out is under the Yamaha quick in the Mediterranean Motel (Please do not depart before this time). Sign in is at the car park of the Roundabout Hotel Gloucester. You are required to sign in before you head home.
There are two routes being a Standard and a Special with final details to be released after the prerun.

* Please not that we require you to provide a “clean” GPS without any other routes and tracks loaded. To avoid confusion we ask that you back up all data on your GPS before attending any Ride ADV event as we will not be responsible for tracks and routes lost when we upload our days ride route and tracks onto your device.
