Ummm who knows, was thinking about revisiting major areas every second year. Maybe next year an outback tour and Craig’s Hut and the other side of the Vic High country the year after. But nothing is in concrete ;)

Hey TB , do we have a solid max klm distance for the special between refuels , I am tossing up my options for fuel needs , thinking of leaving the rear tanks off and using my lightweight Adv setup . Max k’s from that setup is about 300 though . Will that be enough ?

Will tell you on April 14 ;) that is the day after the final prerun

    Day 1 Standard – 260kms

Day 2 Special – 280kms * (If late to fuel stop you will need 360kms)

Back in Oz as of 11.30 this morning and keen to get out riding. Need to do some bike prep first though ang get a few otherthings out of the way.

Looking at the weather forecast a man might have toninvest in some grip warmers and good winter gloves. Ahhhhh, i love the smell of burning credit cards in the morning (only for buying bike gear that is  )

If you need help to prep give me a yell , I have space and most gear here to work on the bike, change tyres etc already setup and I`m pretty much free except for the 28th (in Sydney on course)

Thanks Eagle but I have the prep under control. Just need a ride partner for a shakedown run before the big ride. Just a half day or so to get back into the swing of things and get used to the bike. Maybe Sunday if your around.
