No worries Mate – I value your friendship so I wouldn’t do that to you. The girls arne’t that bad they are just “boisterous, loud, naughty, cheeky, ungrateful etc” normal kid things.

Least Sammy doesn’t tell you that he hates you and doesn’t want for anything.

He has grown into a fine looking dog:)

He is a handsome fellow isn’t he. He got lots of comments when we had him down the beach the other day :)

I’ll find out about the kids thing later on I guess ;)

That is what you get for naming your kid Taylah Jade. Same deal at my house.

Well, this time it isn’t actually Sam! To ensure that Sam didn’t get lonely during the times when me and Tyne are both at work we decided to get him a companion. So now he has a sister called Molly.

Molly for all of her tinyness and cuteness is turning out to be worse than Sam ever was! Last we have 4, yes 4 shits on the carpet, the insole chewed out of work shoes, the lace chewed out of my running shoes and the foam handle chewed of my stretchy fitness cord. Christ, she’s not even a foot high!!!

She bites Sam on his ear and tail when he’s trying to sleep which gees him up to play with her again ending up in her sulking because is a big boof head and accidentally hurt her.

Walking them both together this morning was a one off and will never happen again :p

here are some updated pictures of Sam and some of Molly too. Don’t let the cuteness fool you, she’s pure evil….

Got home tonight to find they had knocked their bucket of water over in the utility and also the low point of the floor isn’t where the drain is. The clothes pegs and bucket that they were in are chewed and all over the garden and finally they have chewed the new plant we have bought to pieces and knocked the pot over spilling the potting mix all over the garden tiles.

Sam was so good up until now. Now they are like the terrible twosome!

    get used to it Moto,

I have 2 dogs. One 18 mths the other just under 6 mths.

if you let em inside then get prepared for many hours of cleaning. if you leave em outside get ready for many hours of repairs.

they will come good. just will take 2 years or so.

    good luck

this is one at 11 mths. grown a bit since then.

Nice Puppies there Moto, we had 1 very gentle kind Jack Russell whom we thought was lonely so we got another jack russell who turns out to be satan himself, barks at everything, poo’s wherever the urge hits him, including TB’s Leg   Annoys the Crap out of Molly(1), annoys the crap out of me, doesn’t do as he is told, but for all that he’s still a good pup and makes a great guard dog..

I’m trying to find some pics.

    Cheers
    Chris.

Nice photos of Molly there Moto. It’ll be good for Sam to have some to play and hang out with.

You just have get onto the training thing now.

I wouldn’t let Molly bite Sams face very much. It will turn into a habit that will be hard to break.

1 training tip for you with two dogs now. You need to be able to get food off them while there’re eating. Give them both a bone or food bowl for ten minutes and then take it off then for a couple, then give it back. This will teach both of them who is the pack leader.

Also when running around the yard and playing with them, stop play time and make them sit/lie down while you give them a pat. It’s good to be able to stop play time as will have better control in excitable situations (visitors, other dogs or walking around town)

Good luck Moto and keep the photos coming as she grows.

Cheers for the tips Mal. I got to that point when Sam was at home with me and Tyne, but not when visitors are present. Will keep at it.

Here’s for all you dog lovers, how do I stop Molly from shitting/pissing in the house (other than not letting her in!)?
