I went shopping for new boots today to replace my old rossi’s and the shop next door to M.C.A in Liverpool had a 2nd hand crf50 that looked hardly used $1600 with a set of training wheels to come(I need them) anyway my son will be so excited when he sees it under the tree! I then bought a helmet for him and I got a pair of oneal boots red ones from santa $149 I thought that was ok for a days shopping.I first went to Red Barron to look at new pw50 but the salesman wasn’t interested in doing a deal for cash he was a yank I think? Anyway I will never go back to the RED BARRON YAMAHA on Hoxton park rd just because of the lack of service I was given today There was no one in the store just me and my son and he was more interested with the phone and his computer SHAME ON YOU Anyway I feel better now that I have had a whinge about the service from the store. The girl I saw at M.C.A was very helpful and I spent $250 with the boots and helmet I use to work in a retail enviroment so I know how to sell!Has anyone ever had crap service from a bike shop?

It happens all too frequently, the obvious personal call, too busy texting or on the computer. Gives me the shits big time. In a retail environment, service is paramount.
When we were in Cairns this year we were looking to go diving on the reef,I pretty well had made up my mind what boat we would go on,I went over to ask a simple question and was pretty well fobbed off. I asked the same question at another boat and received an excellent response to my enquiry,so that boat got my $740. The owner of the first boat got an email telling him why he didn’t get my money.Hopefully some arse got kicked.

By walking out the door and taking your money with you, hopefully will leave an impression on the dickhead sales people. If not, they deserve to go broke.

That Yami dealer will never get any buisness from me! I will never go back.My mate at work reconds that I should of went back and told him of the better service and deal I got from the other shop (MOTOCROSS MADNESS) he made me feel welcome in his shop.I hope Red Barron goes broke the salesman made me feel like I was nothing.
