AnonymousPlanning a ride on Saturday, at this point we don’t have confirmed details but it is likely to be an exploration ride in the Medowie area or a blast starting from West Wallsend.
Ride grade is hard specify as there will be some exploration happening. I would say that we are keen to explore some trails and if we find some hard stuff we will be riding it, on this basis I’d suggest any participant should be a comfortable grade 4 (technical and pace).
To ensure we get some riding/exploring done we’ll have to cap the numbers to 10 maximum.
The list so far:
Moto
DiddelDecember 2, 2009 at 12:27 am #163491
AnonymousHow long would the above ride be going for Mr Moto (time not distance)?
and what time are you heading out?

AnonymousI don’t Dan to be honest, until we get bored/tired I guess. If it’s just me and Diddel I had better make sure my headlight works
If we do it in your back yard you can bail anytime you feel like it, kinda like a Teralba to nowhere 3
Diddel will be keen for an early start but I won’t be riding before 8:00am considering I need to get down from the Bay
He can go do a loop then come back and meet me

AnonymousI will check with the events coordinator to see if there is any chance of me getting out for a little while on Saturday morning.

Barbecue some other day old fella, there’ll be plenty of useless hot days in the near future.December 2, 2009 at 9:32 am #163559
AnonymousWell I have secured a ride pass. Where are we riding Moto? I am keen to finish off the Westy to nowhere if your keen.
We dont have to go near Sugey if your too scared Diddel.

AnonymousYou really should consider doing that nice single trail circuit out between Wakefield and the gap. You know the one Moto that DanD took you on when we did the Newy croud ride. There is actually an extension to it that is absolutely awesome (and I never say awesome).
It’s just a suggestion.

Taree>near champo if that narrows it down.
In a moderately related mater;
Moto’s going on a “girl’s ride” the day after.
I suspect he’s excepted defeat already and hopes girls will let him pass.December 2, 2009 at 10:52 am #163605
