See Crash soot around the outside on the 530 and go :woohoo: The pace was hot at times there. We should have got some non race helmet cam footage :pinch: maybe we should go back this weekend and get it :laugh: :woohoo: Oh By the way Spud did you see the 3 corner cutters in that video

I was 1st up on Sunday morning , or so I thought !!! I heard an alert ‘ Hello mate ‘ come from the deck and their was STM laying on the thinnest mattress known to man with his jacket rolled up as a pillow. He obviously had hardly slept. He just can’t seem to get the hang of camping out for the night !!!
Rob and the Hobbit cooked up a great bekkie and we geared up and hit more top trail with Moose in the lead. We started off on a rutted twin track where lefty ran out of legs and disappeared in a puddle
his bike took on a little bit of water which he soon sorted out. We hit a fence line trail and some of yesterdays trails in reverse and the pace was on , no sooner was I dropped on the corner and Spud showed up as sweep. We covered a lot of ground quickly and rode more fun hills.On one hill climb I just caught STMs jersey halfway up out the corner of my eye , I thought he’d ran off the trail so I just laughed and kept going , up a snotty steep section , over a boulder , over a second boulder then I saw the rock wall and realized what I’d done. This was finger hill where Moose broke his finger and DJ binned it yesterday , I’d missed the trail to by pass this section and STM had followed moose into it !!
It was a bit awkward turning the bike round balancing on a boulder and down I went !!
The track I was supposed to take was awesome and I was smiling the whole way about my stuff up .Moose once again lead a top ride and we all got back safely and lunch was cooking , after a feed and a swim we said our goodbyes and headed off home. Spud , Rob and I didn’t stop reliving an excellent weekend for the 4 hour drive back , it was Robs 1st old bull outing and I’m really happy he enjoyed it , his riding improved no end and his liver survived.
Spud laughed like a hyena the whole time and never got sick of being tagged the HobbitA massive thanks to
Mick and Melissa for making us feel welcome and sorting out some great meals
Moose for being Moose , leading the rides and cutting in an epic grass track
TB for hatching the plan at the last minute and making it happen
Rob for overloading his Hilux with all our gear
Spud for overloading his trailer with our bikes :pinch:
And to all the Old Bulls who make these weekends so good !!!
