Well Guys for a newbie to the trail riding sceen i must what say what an intro.
I said to the ONE-AB ( TB ) why should i give up a seat at parramatta super x for a
ride in the bush…… Well after the weekend i am silenced for ever.

Great people , great riding ( even jumps ) and an atmosphere that is pretty hard
to find at any race track these days, So i take my hat off to all the boys who put
it togeather and thank you all for the laughs and goodtime had by all.

looking forward to 2011………….

I thought the weekend was only missing Mal 5.1 and Menace, it crossed my mind a couple of times. Mal the rekulse and the Husky :laugh: the singles and a couple more smokers as the only one there was a poor representative especially at the widow maker :laugh: :laugh:

Next year I reckon will be bigger then Hitler’s gas bill :laugh: :laugh:

Sounds like TB has made the call. There will be a 2011 edition of this ride. I will write a full report this week but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone involved over the weekend. It was a text book example of what OBT is about and I was stoked I could host it in my backyard.
Rest assured Nickj and I will be scouring the forest for more trails for next years ride. I know it is a tough job but someone has to do it

Just back this afternoon, bike cleaned, lawn mown and now to go through all the video and pic’s. As has been said by all, STMdid an awesome job organising everything with great assistance from NickJ. Great trail, great blokes, great weekend, as otsa said “spoiled” now we are. Will come up woth a report through the week.

no i didnt have a go at it, and im been kickin myself all day i rekon the double snotter over at taylors arm is just as steep and probably a bit more tecniqual than that and i got up that ( so has Corey and Nathan ) so ive got something to prove next year but other than that luv that 2 stroke it went well

Coffs + STM + Nickj = Single trail heaven and some of the best riding to be had anywhere!! :woohoo:
This ride flowed all weekend and the cornerman never failed top work by everyone involved.

It was good to see such a big turn out and meet so many Old Bulls, great company as always and some money raised for charity to top it off.

Its been said before but, it really just does’nt get any better than this!! How lucky are we to have OB’s to bring us all together to enjoy riding and friendship like this.

Thanks again STM and Nickj for such a big effort, all your preperation paid off and you have set the bar high.

the DR said there is no break but by GOD i’ve got a forearm like popeye & a thigh which looks like the kids have sprayed with purple spray can :woohoo:
unfortunatly i’m a bit pissed off with waiting 4 months for this ride & only lasted 20 mins

But hey i’m still alive & hopefully a better year next year & yeh this is my backyard too

You have no idea how freaked out I was when I had a rider missing , it took everything in me not to loose it , but riding round the corner and seeing you upright was one huge relieve!!
I’m stoked nothing was broken, how I’ll never know that arm looked bad, and that you made it to your wifes birthday bash. She’s a legend running at least 3 km into the bush to find you.

Next year or before we will make it round that loop, it was a good one!!

Good to see you in the pub on saturday RCHonda and I am glad you have no serious injuries. When I saw you your arm looked massive so I can only imagine now what it looks like.
PM when you are ready to ride and I will put on a locals day to make up for the loops you missed. I am sure I can talk TDriver, MThicket and Nickj into it.

I know the big fella needs no encouragement but how good was his run up the Widow Maker. No scouting, no run ups, just one determined approach and TB nailed it as clean as it can be done. There is no way I would attempt to get a BRP up there but he rode it like nobody else.
I guess he has Corey to thank because until Corey hit it he looked very comfy on camera duties at the bottom. :laugh:
