    Here is another prime example of someone with nothing better to do…. I am not sure if it is a Z1300 or a CBX1000 engine??

    Were either of the Z1300 or CBX1000 engines straight 6’s Mick? Or is it 2 3cyl engines? I can’t tell…

    After extensive research I have discovered that it is in fact the Honda CBX 1000 motor.Gotta love Google images.
    Yes moto they were both straight 6’s and the Kwaka was water cooled. I had a ride on the Z1300 in 1984 and haven’t seen one on the road since.

    I had my first bike when I was 3, alas it wasn’t a Z1300 :p

    They must have some torque on them from a tranverse 6…

    ACtually now I think about it a bloke doubled me on a Z1300 once with a side car on it with a sheila in the chair. That is an experience, when you come to the first right hander and you go to lean with the bike and it doesn’t lean.
    IT had more than enough power to pull all three of us.
