I was at a charity dinner for a young kid who had been injured in a footy accident around Campbelltown and Tommy and other footy legengs were there. He just came up and sat at our table and began to talk to us. I can’t remember the whole story but it was basically along the lines of some call he would yell called Cattle Dog to call all Blues players to just start throwing punches, one in all in. He also said he put such a fear into the players that if they didn’t put in 100% they would never play Origin again. I believe it was around the time of all the big punch ups in the early 90s late 80s.

Funny thing I just rang the Wauchope mayors residence and the mayoress said he was going spastic because the kids had tuned NBN3 from the TV and he couldn’t fix it.
