Went for a play on Stockton Beach yesterday and again this morning. Yesterday I rode through the bush near Fern Bay to get to the dunes and rode up to Birubi at the far end. From there I hit some of the sandy singles behind the dunes on the way home until I ran out of puff and bailed out onto the tar.
This morning I went in at the same place but only rode around the dunes for a while and came out a similar way to how I went in.It’s hard work that sand riding, makes for a good workout. :blink: I also found I had no rear brakes today as well, the brake line some how re-routed itself up against the exhaust and melted through :ohmy: . For a bloke that reckons he hardly uses his back brake I was surprised how much I missed them, I guess I use them more than I realise :laugh:
Got a couple of videos and unfortunately only some pics of the sand singles, somehow the gopro was taking piccies instead of video when I went through there. Guess that just means I’ll have to go back

Yeh that was the original idea but I had too much to do around home so opted for a couple of short rides instead.
That looks like great fun Jeffro , I really like the look of those Sandy Singles

I think I rode through that same water
. I didn’t get onto the beach on saturday until about 10.30, Sunday was a bit earlier. Will let you know if I head back out.
