Just saw a post on farcebook ;p

It’s suicide prevention day promoted by beyond blue foundation.

Being able to talk to someone without judgment can be the difference between feeling you are the only one / totally alone and being able cope and working through it.

It can’t be said enough, telling someone to just get over it, or snap out of it is about the worst thing that can ever be said to someone with depression.

Most cases the person suffering depression cannot see a way out or to move forward due to reasons on lookers cannot see. Weather those reasons are valid or not is not important to onlookers, that’s an area for professional health givers to help the sufferer to work through.

I’ve said it a few times, however I’ll put it out there again, if anyone need to vent, rant or need someone to listen, I’m only a PM away!

I may not reply immediately, but I will when I can without judgment!

Yeh, maybe theres thruth in these words

    or maybe not.
I have been over the edge and glad I fell back to earth (am now forever embaressed about the scar) So if you are thinking of ending. Think again about family, friends, colegues and even the blokes you work with, as they will be mortified at your demise.
    Wow, pretty f__king heavy.
    Love you OBT’s
    Cheers

My closest cousin did himself in not that long ago :( I now find myself always asking the question should I have talked to him more often all the whatifs :( takes people a long time to get over this tragic mental health issue.
