    Sunday 24th

    Full day. Singles, hills, practice 3/4.
    Easy pace and happy to hit some harder hills a few times over for a bit of training.

    Anyone?

    I would have went for a blat with you as well mate but I had to do some repairs on my rental today and the wife wants me to take her to the Gong tomorow, so thats stuffed up my plans for a ride

    cant wait, tryed hard to do all in 2 days even worked under lights last nite to try and make it easier for today , just to hard at nite couldnt get a decent level still got about 3 solid hrs left tomorrow
