    Thanks Mr King

Grades 4-5 sound a bit wild for me. If there wasn’t too many sections like that, or if someone was keen to help me out a bit I’d tag along. Otherwise I think I might have to try an easier one first to get feel for the grading system.

Do an intro thread Steve and let us know where you are from and where you ride and I am sure you will find plenty of opportunities to get out there and hone your skills.

Def try a G3 ride and guage from that. If you make it through a G3 and keep looking sideways for single track and hills and find yourself overtaking the lead rider = your ready to progress….

Looking at the calendar there ‘s a long weekend at the end of september for the queens birthday (i think) so that looks favourite.

I will look into the other aspects like accomodation etc,etc and keep posting up

Looks like there’s a bit of interest so,it might be a goer

Over the last few weeks Iv been out riding with Tom looking to put a decent loop together to use for the ride weekend im planning later in the year, but yesterday we did a 115k loop taking in all different types of terrain, hills :) tight singles :) fast singles  faster flowing twin  hills  and some big hills :woohoo: and some farkin impossible hills :( .

Looks like iv got some accomodation that fits the bill as well ;) so things are starting to come together.

As it’s still a while away yet i will just keep working away on it and keep posting updates for those that are interested  ;)

    to be continued

Hey Spud , STM and I are talking about doing the same , maybe put the fam in a place in Noosa while we go bush for a couple of days then catch up with then for a bit before heading home. I’ll give you a call tomorrow and we can work it out B)

PS you’ll love the trails !!! :woohoo:
