Yep TB, Penriths economy is sorted for a few months.
I have to give Suttos (and especially Mal) a huge wrap here.
Last week I spent about 2 hours with TB in the shop replacing most of my riding gear and buying bits for the bike. Mal was very patient with me trying on everthing and has a lot of knowledge of the products he sells. Even Chris got involved with suggestions on gear.At the end of shopping Mal worked out a great price which was a pleasent surprise.
:woohoo:
Thanks Suttos for suportting the site and giving Old Bulls great deals.February 25, 2010 at 12:29 pm #171966Thanks to everybody that supports all our sponsors, I know TB is hoping to have another two high profile sponsors announced next week one for sure the other is 50 / 50 at the minute.
It is said all the time that without their support and yours OBT wouldnt exist and its so true
Thank you everyone
February 26, 2010 at 6:45 am #171890Myself i like as much detail online as possible and if i can order it without talking to sales people i will.
I love catalogues too so if you could order one online and it was posted out (no salesmen) that would be great.
Last but not least a phone call for those times that your not sure and a salesperson that knows what they are talking about and knows what is in your store is what we all want.

March 11, 2010 at 4:10 am #172020After being so well looked after when I dropped into Suttos a week or two back I couldn’t help myself and got on the phone to Mal and bought some more stuff.
Earlier in this thread someone asked about whether Suttos do mail order, well the answer is yes and they do it well!!!
I ordered a set of Barkbusters for the XR and a new M2R helmet for my son yesterday (got an awesome price too) and they were delivered and on my desk at 10am this morning. Less than 24hrs after ordering them they were delivered to me over 300km away!!!! ONYA Sutto’s!!March 11, 2010 at 4:46 am #173112Yeah Suttos actually mail ordered an Ogio flight vest for me and they don’t even stock it plus it was chhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaapppppppp! Quote:Hi Guys,
I am glad to see/hear Happy customers! Normally from a retail side we only here grumbles not the good things that go on, so thank you all for the kind words.
BUT if you do have a problem I like to hear about it so I may be able to fix the issue from my end whether its my staff acting up or what ever? If you think I need to know about please let me know so I can build a better wheel, so to speak.
Best Regards
Sutto
ps. Not trying to sabotage the thread but I would like feedback on
1/ Do I do a paper catalogue again like we did years ago. (Some like to sit on the bomber away from the misses and check out catalogues)
or
2/Revamp our website bigger and better so OLD BULL members (and others) can simply purchase online and have your gear shipped to you.
ThanksHi Sutto
This has prob been done and dusted, but there is no aussie store which has a good website/order online 24hrs/creditcard purchase facility and I think this is something which is required. Ballards have a great site in regards to online catalogue,(to visually look at stuff) but if after hours or weekend it’s a no go to order.
You now have a great stock range, but you can’t find /see hardly any on your site and for us who live in regional areas, it’s hard to get to your shop.
Just some feedbackcheers Hatto
June 3, 2010 at 6:49 am #171796I dropped in to Suttos today for the first time as an OBT member
I met with Mal and bought some stuff :cheer:
Mal was extremely helpful and the team at Suttos were very friendly.
Can’t thank Mal enough for the assistanceRebore
August 23, 2010 at 3:42 am #171872I was with an Old Bull last Friday, he bought up at Sutto’s, the bill was over 700 bucks and it was rounded down with the Old Bull’s discount to 600 bucks, bloody bargain I reckon.
Thanks Mal
A quick note here as well Sutto’s have a new junior staff member young Jay. Jay is very helpful and has recently been doing the pricing for Nickj for his Camerons trip and I know that Nick was happy with Jay

August 23, 2010 at 6:06 am #186343I have to agree how great Sutto’s are. now having to Orange bikes in the shed I seem to be talking to Mal quite often & if a part is in stock & most parts are it’s posted & I have it within 2 days
you can’t argue with that service & great prices
September 17, 2010 at 7:21 am #171795Well I made the pilgrimage to Sutto’s today to pick up my tyres and some bits for the trip.
I was really impressed with the new modern shop and the good old fashioned serviceJay really looked after me and even fitted my new lense to my goggles for me while we chatted about the Cameron cnr trip. I even got a really good Old Bull discount!! :woohoo: It doesn’t get any better than that! Except maybe a branch in Hornsby  Thanks Jay for the service with a smile I look forward to coming back for a visit soon mate
September 17, 2010 at 7:38 am #187507I agree Boulder , my order got lost on Fastway and Jay was right onto it and it miraculously appeared after his enquireies.
I was getting a bit nervous with the trip being so close!!
Cheers Jay!
