    Hey boy’s,
I started fitting the crash bars to the xtz660 yesterday & am having a prick of a time getting the top engine mount bolt back in with the bracket fitted. It seems super tight & doesnt want to go right through. The bottom went through no problems?? Is this common?? Any suggestions??

    Cheers,

Yeah they can be a prick, just turn it and lean on it is the best way. (I have belted one through  )
You could I imagine loosen all the engine mount bolts including the swingarm bolt and removing the fuel tank (another shit job) to get to the top bolts, but lean and thread through or belt is best I reckon

Was the bolt hard to get out?

    Hey TB,
The bottom one was pretty easy but the top one took a fair bit of turning. I’ve nearly got it most of the way back through but seems not to want to go any further. Will give it another crack when i get home.
