Not really a ride report but a report none the less.
A small contingent of Old Bulls turned up for a few Beers at The Covent Gardens and then some lunch at Yum Cha.
Smurph19 and a mate (who’s name escapes me at the moment) turned up from Melbourne and so did one of our most unique members Hot2trot.
Talk about have some laughs, hot2trot is a certifiable madman!!! I am still laughing at his antics as I sit here. More on that later.
Anyhow Smurph and his mate met me at the pub as planned and had a few schooners, when an almighty racquet could be heard coming down the street, the sort of noise that rattles windows and makes people stop what they are doing and look. It was Hot2trot AKA Vinnie on his souped up Nightrod Harley, a seriously mean bit of kit. He roared past the pub and gave us a wave as he disappeared down the road past Haymarket.
A little while later, H2T turns up and a few intros ensued and a few schooners were downed, after the initial get to know one another the stories got flowing. Talk about laugh!! As stated before H2T is a nutter!! (said in the nicest possible way) Prior to meeting H2T proper, I thought Captain Furious and his crew of merry men, were a bit crazy but H2T has raised the bar in the crazy stakes.
Not only does he have a massive big pig as a pet, a pig so big it has claimed his whole back yard and he has to keep his bikes inside his house. He is a world renowned stunt man and pyro technician .Check this out!! Hot2trot if full flight, kind of explains his user name and avatar at the same time.

Seriously he should meet up with Capt Furious, I am sure he would make a great addition to his team!!
Anyhow, we had a few schooners and headed to Yum Cha after we promised Smurph19 that we wouldn’t order any thing freaky, like boiled chicken’s feet or the likes.
We had a cracker feed despite being stalked once again by XYtransit.
After lunch we went and checked out H2T’s Harley, like I said, it is one mean bit of machinery. He started it up and it all but had every chinaman and pigeon in the vicinity running for cover!! He headed down the road and opened it up and the big V twin lit up like I had never seen a Harley do, it went sideways on dry tar and laid rubber up the road past the Entertainment center as it went!!
We then headed down to Darling Harbour and had one more beer at the Dock Hotel before The boys had to head off and catch a game of Footy.
Thanks guys for a great arvo. I will definitely organize a similar arvo next time I have to kill some time in the Big Smoke. :woohoo:June 25, 2011 at 10:43 pm #203934Hardly Mick!!!!

June 26, 2011 at 11:19 pm #203952Just got home from Sydney. What a great weekend and Saturday afternoon meeting up with a few old bulls for a few beers and a feed. Certianly an interesting conversation when we found out what H2T did in his spare time. The kick on at the footy and afterwards became very ugly as we didn’t finish up until 2.30 in the morning after getting kicked out of the pub.
Glutons for punishment we were up at 8 the get the ferry back to Sydney to meet my mates missus & daughter for breakfast. After that was over and we sent them back to Melbourne we were back into it at the casino then the convent garden and Yum Cha again. From there it was all down hill as you can imagine we did a pub crawl back to circular quay to get the last ferry back to Parramatta.
It was a very quiet trip down the highway today as 2 days of grog and food had taken its toll.
Thanks for the day and looking forward to next year if its on again.June 27, 2011 at 11:47 am #203979Going on Bollocks ride was meaning I was going to miss this event, it was really a toss up
