Thanks to Sirdropalot for again being more than happy to take a ride around the Towers. The fact we could even get about the place, all be it a tad slower than usual, made the ride even more enjoyable. Sorry about no pics but not having a waterproof camera is the main reason behind that. everywhere we went was layered with water, the single tracks all flowing well and hiding what the terain was like under us. Plenty of Red/orange/grey clay to be slipping about in, suprise packets of Built up Silt made for some real good moments for us both. Considering how much water has been through the area, the biggest suprise was the amount of grip available on the Hillside. Both of us felt like Hill climbing Champs at some point today.
Still Grinning, feeling the days effort but still grinning. Again, Thanks Sirdropalot for a better than decent day. Looking forward to the next ride at the Towers.

Yeah mate was good stuff :) . The grip on the hills was amazing considering in the dry they are hard work. I tried to cut through some other tracks to get home but had to turn around and head back to the road as they were well under. In the end my leaving you to stay away from town and police was a fail because when I come out of Burrum Heads Road I had to wait for a police car to pass before I could go  . Just say when you are keen again, although I think the rain is back tomorrow  . I had a camera just forgot to get pics and vid :silly: .

Oh and lets not forget the fun we had in some of the four wheel drive torn up stuff…….man do they make a mess :S .
