Hey Krusty after a bit of talk we have decided that the widow maker will be on the big ride but we will only need to go down it and there will be the option of going up if you so wish

Ignore Corey. The Widow Maker will be ridden neither direction unless you want to. The option will be there for everyone on the November ride.

like that video a missing yamaha and TB going past on the back wheel top stuff the one before it to think TB has the right attitude if you don t make it try again

That noise you hear is not a miss Rocket, it is my Go Pro rattling in its mount. I can happily say my bike is running beautifully.

So with my work finished in Coffs on Tuesday arvo and having handed the King his arse on his own mountain bike tracks, wheel stood past him and yes crashed on the widow maker Coffs was done for me :P (I did go back and kick the widow makers arse as well and in 2nd gear just to clear my head) I trucked north up to the Kings to pick up my Tenere and Moose. My babies locked together, was glad there had been no fighting

I left instructions with the king on how to wash the XR before I returned on Friday night which he didn’t do

Ok to balance the thread here are some pics of the Kings mountain bike, it’s not bad nearly clean

Moose had ridden up from Wauchope and we loaded his DR with my Tenere and headed further north towards Nicks, we needed to stop and get some refreshments and fuel the bikes.
Once at Nicks we unloaded the bikes and checked everything was packed, drank and welcomed Lotsa and Mickp.
Nick had cooked an awesome curry and we eat like it was our last feed  straight back to the man cave and more piss drank and final checks completed.

Ride report for the Tenere ride will be completed soon and a link added here

So when we got back the long trip home started, Kieran my youngest has started playing tennis comp and won his 2nd comp day he was very excited so I promised him I would be at number 3 which was the next afternoon  . Plan was to drive to the Kings and get the XR and travel to the Mayors. The kicker to the plan was to arrive late enough not to get tangled up in the shed party cause they seem to bring me undone  I made record time from the Kings to Macksville where I was to meet Corey and pick up his shock to go to Tekniks. Poor Corey was there waiting and I think wanted a chat but I was on a mission so I grabbed the shock had a leak and launched south. When I got to the donut I felt good so I made the call to go straight through to home. I rang Mick who was a little concerned as I had just ridden nearly 1200 kms in 3 days and then was attacking a 700km drive as well. I had no real dramas, spoke with Eagle, Mick, Nick, Chicken, the king, Crash and others  I got on the M7 about 20mins from home and needed to have a 20 minute snooze ;) Home at 12.20 record time, shower and into bed. This morning Kieran’s tennis was CANCELLED

Now the work starts the remains of a road trip

    Good onya TB!
It was Elise and my pleasure having you stay and little Jesse keeps rabbiting on about Greg. That is not such as bad thing as before you stayed it was always Nick this and Nick that. B)

I must have misheard the washing intructions. I washed your stinking ride gear instead of your bike.

Good effort making it all the way home for Kieran and I look forward to reading all about how you and the adventure boys did a three day lap of Northern NSW carrying tents and sleeping bags that you never used. :P
