Me too, TB even talked us through as we rode up it at Orange. It’s not even a grade 3 hill :P

Then again, you can bust yourself up falling over whilst stationary. I’ve hurt my wrist falling off my bike after I had stopped on Saturday :p

Good pics and report TB, interesting to see what they have done. It’s good they have given you the pics too :)

    Hey TB
I didn’t even know about your shoulder until Siobhan at work asked how you were.
The photos look like you made a mess of yourself. Hope you heel soon.

Well to answer the PM’s about my shoulder. It is exactly 3 months since the operation. It has given no real trouble, I had a scare in December when I was getting some sharp pains and had some scans but it was put down to straining because of over doing my exercises
It has pulled up sore after this weekend and made me rethink riding for such a long distance at Chichester. Its not hurting like in December and as relaxed heaps today so I am sure it will be fine

    Thanks to those that asked

    TB
