If anyone else out there is kicking about on one of these, I recommend you keep an eye on the alignment of the box halves. I got totally pissed with mine and have flicked it to the bin. I’m now the proud owner of a custom made airbox( will post pics when i get camera back from shop?) from Alloy. Have had the rear of the box shallowed and ramped to increase the draw area, shifted breathe holes to the centre of the draw area. I hope KEv 07 is happy, i have done my bit for the economy.$650.00 for an airbox is steep, but cheaper than new engine. :blush: Now,i gotta talk the minister of War and Finances into a pipe for the bike. ( dont like the chances in the short term future). New rear next week and maybe some jets if this airbox is doing what i think it is, will see my bike expenditure done for 6mnths maybe. OH well…cant complain, lifes good.
