how do i stop the site from sending me an email every time someone replies to a thread i posted in?

Open another email account and use that for OBT, works great for me, i’d hate to see how many emails I have in that account, :laugh: :laugh:

You will only receive e mails to threads you have posted in, when you post before you click submit untick the subscribe box and you wont get e mails from that thread It above and to the left of the Submit button

also in your profile, there is a “my subscribes” field under forum settings. Simply mark the threads you don’t wantanymore and delete hem

jeez how are the plebs supposed to survive in here when the moderators dont even know whats going on?

LC4, I have heaps more clicky click buttons on my screen than you and I dunno what half of them do:blush: :blush: :blush: I just use the ones that I know how to use.LOL I started mucking around with them once and deleted an entire thread, so I am careful what I click on now.

I take Scotty’s approach too. I can’t be arsed with checking and unchecking boxes, just send them to an old email address.

We should setup an Old Bull Gmail account so that everyone can divert their mails to it :laugh:

When You are logged in, of you look at the bottom of the thread there is the “Unsubscribe” Icon in red near the “Reply To Topic” icon , just click on that and it all goes away. You can also subscribe to a thread by clicking on the Subscribe Icon without having to post a reply if you just want to keep an eye on what is happening with a ride or report.

It was Mick that had the trouble with Russian Brides if I remember correctly I’ve moved to other sites now using the words hole and glory. Not neccessarily in that order :laugh:
