Yep that sux Ecks. Not surprised by both these examples really. This would be the advantage of bigger businesses I believe. When your big enough and make enough money you give them the money back, apologies and move on hoping they don’t bad mouth you (the vermin). It’s like Chinese eBay/retailers. They must factor in a huge percentage of loss or customers cheating them – and still somehow make a profit.
