tested the fuel range of my dr650 30ltr tank and 2 roto packs (about 10.5ltr’s)

got to 474 then hit reserve

518 the 30ltr tank was drained

684 the two roto’s ran out

the first 400k’s where on the last adv ride the rest was just to work and back

I hope this helps any one looking at tanks or dr’s

That’s a hell of a long way for 30-35 kilos of fuel hey?

I have an 18 litre Acerbis tank and for the last few rides have been getting an average of 20.4km per litre so around 360kms theoretical (although I tend to fill at 300).

The bike is standard and 3800kms old

Just thought I would throw it out there as well given the topic
