The Hippo turns 500

I have hit my first real milestone with 500 posts :woohoo:

I originally found OBT searching the web for some tech help on my WR. I joined up and got a warm welcome and all my question answered. Since then I have loved logging on and seeing what my cyber mates are up to and have had some great laughs in the process.

I have met several of you in the flesh and have had some great rides that would not have happened if not for this site. Without exception, everyone who I have met is a genuine good bloke and in it for all the right reasons. I am stoked to be a part of this community and look forward to another 500 posts and at least that many rides in the future.

Congrats on the the 500 STM, I bet when you first signed up you didn’t expect this site to become a part of your daily routine did you, maybe it should come with some sort of warning about it’s addictive qualities.

Congrats on the 500 STM.350 of those posts would have been organising the big Coffs ride :laugh: . Glad you have enjoyed your time on OBT. At the start I dont think we could have imagined that the site would have grown like it has. After having the best part of a week off from the site, 10 new members have joined in my absence and it is now getting hard to keep up with who is who at times. :blink:

BTW congrats on 500 posts, Should be more as you blokes have one of the best areas in the country to ride STM.

Thanks for the advice Mr Blue but backing off on the schooners isn’t exactly the Old Bull way. :laugh:
I was just pointing out that the site is growing in leaps and bounds. Proberly faster than was expected.The backyard BBQ,as you call it is all but out of hand. :huh: In a good way that is. :laugh:
