Tim and I headed out yesterday as we knew the conditions were primo after the rain through the week.
We did all of our singles and then headed out to some new ones that were shown to us last ride
Found some more crazy stuff out a bit further and to tell ya truth I don’t care if I never see one particular hill again. Shame really as the hills leading to the rock ledges were challenging but fun.
Much to Tims credit he made it to the top of the rocks and I decided to wait until he sussed out the rest of the track.
On his return I was really dissapointed (not) when he said it didn’t seem to lead anywhere. He found some tags but the track must be a very old one and could of been meant for downhill traffic only.
Off to the Gap for lunch and home by 2:30
Only travelled 70kms but man I was cramping up, sitting on the lounge in the afternoon
    Some pics to come.
    Cheers

    Too right there Teza
I have unofficially handed the reins over to the next gen
Although I did get him on one new/old hill (new as we have never done it, old as it was littered with leaf and crap and hasn’t seen traffic in years)
He did smoke me on the others though. ;)
I put it down to the haircut I just got.
After all Samson lost his strength.   :pinch:
    Cheers

Oh I did fail to mention that even though I did “nearly make it” in pic 3
I was also totally embarassed by sliding 12ft back down the gnarly hill on my elbows, knees and mostly gut.
Thank god the bike didn’t follow me. ;)
This is a hill we haven’t looked at for years and was only thought as a downhill track in our early days.
    Cheers

    Nice ride Murph & Tim.

Good photo of the KTM 500 laying on the side of the hill :pinch: Treat her mean keep her keen

That new hill must be hard if you didn’t get up and Tim was having a hard time. 👿
