    yeh im a lowly plant mechanic thet spinns spanners on the weekend for uncle bob sheppards top fuel dragster 8000hp 4.9 sec quarters so i suppose im a bit biased to things that go fast

    im hearin about the understanding wife when i first bought the the torry i had an xr 650 an suzuki rg500 that i had rebuilt like this torana and then i come home with the hatchback ,a head shake and a roll of the eyes with something said like ” boys with there toys” was all that was said. I love that woman !!!!!!

    love the big Val , always had a soft spot for these .The old man had a pacer 225 slant six not sure of the model but it had the blinkers in the spot as yours and it was red with white striping down the side , the old man still rates everycar by the Pacer!

    the pacer looks pretty cool with the challenger scoop left of fild but it seems to work

    Hey Husky, I remember going to a Wedding when I was about 5 years old and the wedding cars where 3 brand new Pacers and I also remember my old man was drooling over them. In about 1990 my brother in law and I managed to get an old Pacer with full intention of restoring it but we got on the drink one arvo, things got out of hand and my brother inlaw tried to do a jump in it and bent it in the middle. So we ended up getting a RT Charger and doing it up instead.

    wasnt my dads micknmeld at that wedding was it we are originally from the macksville/ tewinga area
