    My ride report for yesterday.

Starts off fridy arvo, knocks off work hits home grabs a stubby, kiss the missus and I`m off to the shed to put the 400 back together for some roostong on sunday.

Start the task with fitting the new kenda carlsbad to the rear, gets it half on and sweat is pooring out of me and then I hit the wall. Back at the house throwing up me ring, fair dinkum I havent eaten corn in months , but sure enough some came up, Gets packed off to the sack apparently looking like a rolf harris painting.
gets up saty and feeling ok, off to the shed I heads, finished putting the tyre on and pumps er up and pops the bead, sweet, put it on the bike and starts to put all the plastics back on after a good clean.
40 minutes later I fires the old girl up thinking ,go dig the lawn up with the new kenda, looks to admire me handy work and root me boot shes flat as a tack.
off the wheel comes and I discover I pinched the tube ,so I patch it and pump it back up,,alls good.
a couple of furrows in the lawn later I put the bike back in the shed, only to discover the ruddy tyre was going flat, off it copmes again and the patch replaced, on the tyre goes and I break out the compressor and the tyre doesnt inflate, crickey am happy by now, off comes the tyre again and I discover I pinched the bloody tude again, this happened once more and then I decided that Bollocks WR250 sitting in my shed needed a riding, I rings Bolls to confirm its ok to borrow the beast only to get his answering machine.

I tells the bride of the great time I`ve had and she says that something is telling me not to go riding the next day.
I didnt take any bike riding on sunday and i recon somehow some where I have dodged a bullet???

ah yes!! nothing better than wrestling around with a tyre i have had those things happen as you run out of time and patches and cans of bourban for that matter before sunday morning ride start time, but the more you do it the better you get at it , thats the only sort of support i can give you Boony

Reckon you dodged a bullet there Boony mate. Karma was out for you and when that’s the case you’re best off limiting the weapons it can use against you! Dirt bikes give Karma too much ammo!! :P
