I’ll forgive you because you were on the beers all day and it obviously slurred your memory! I just did a bike skid/slide and laid the bike over, I never fell over, just stepped off it ;)

It was when I put my hands up in the air that X came past tried some roosting/skidding/wheely trick and threw the bike away. Classic!!

Never roost someone on a hard surface, that’s just being an arse.. Soft mud fair game , but remember if you give it, you gotta take it back X2..

I stand corrected.Your bike was laying down and you were standing, now I think about it.

    Looks like it :)

Hard surface or not, if you’re on it and someone is behind you it’s fair game. I’ve taken my fair share of hits and don’t whine about it (not that I’m saying anyone here is whining about it:S ).

    The topic is deliberate roosting.

The same still applies, if your mate is behind you and you are both playing/racing I would deliberatly roost him on a hard surface. I would also expect to be roosted back in the same situation.

Roosting someone when they are parked up and/or have no helmet/googles on is not funny though.

The last two big roostings I have copped were by people I was helping get out of a muddy situation and once they got going they just gassed it and filled me in.One was my son who thought it was funny and the other was an Old Bull Member who felt guilty about it but he had no option but to gas it.

I think Ollie was the last person to fill me in with a big, cold muddy puddle at the christmas party. I was trying to overtake and didn’t see it coming. Moose rode past laughing his head off!!

    Fact of life,
dirtbikes are used on loose slippery surface-Fact
They have aggressively treaded tyres for grip-Fact
They have excellent power & torque outputs-Fact
Their rider like lots of power & torque-Fact

Mmmm maybe this subject should be

How the hell do you NOT roost anyone ever?

I gave up trying years ago I find smokers are the worst as they lose traction anywhere, but I won’t try to hurt anyone with it….
