I just finished the stocktake, wired up my eftpos and am ready for my first day of trading. So much work has gone into making this happen and I can’t wait to open the doors with my own key.

Was it the Avanti Plus dealership you took over ???

Cheers Boony,
Thanks to everyone for their kind words of support. It means a lot to me.
Day 1 was very good and everything went without a hitch. Some of you will know how much needs to go on in the background to have everything in place for change over day of a business. All was good and sales and service jobs came through the door. I sold my first bike to the second person that walked into the shop. It seems like every job I have done in the past and the decision to move to the North Coast has led to this now. I am so stoked and very positive for the future of the shop. I have plans for new display areas for BMX and helmets which I will work on over the coming weeks.
Here is how it looked on settlement day.

February 3, 2014 at 9:48 am #253860Congrats mate. Hope all goes great for you and the family. Its a huge step but a business thrives on customer service and word of mouth so if you much as much effort in the venture as you do into organising a ride day you will be a great success, well done mate.
