    well replaced shock with nice new spring thank to tekniks .replaced header pipes then got 3 of the 4 chrome nuts on but that in side bolt for the top pipe wat a f @/.=-;[ ba @-=[;/. to get it on i tried every thing and resorted to a chrome nut .allen keys no good it hits frame so nut on the scew. ended up jaming a flat bladed screw driver into a nut and getting it started any one else had this problem.also replaced 45 rear sprocket for a 48 but had to add 3 links in the chain cheers for now pedro

    Wow sounds like you’ve had a shocker Pedro !!

    I can’t remember having that much grief with it !!

    What are your reasons for going to a 48 rear sprocket mate ?

    hey nickj when i took her off road the gearing just didnt seem right always up and down gear box have read of other tenere riders doing the same .will let you know how she goes in the dirt next time i go out.doing the fork upgrade next week cant wait. cheers pedro

    Yeah the top bolts a shocker, I did yours once Nick was either first or second go after Rudy worked his not so magic, magic :cheer: :laugh: :P

    Will read your thoughts with interest TT re the gearing change. We have thought about it but haven’t.
